All riders must register & pick up your ride numbers. Events registration is available only on the Sunday from 7:15 am at Rosebowl Bakery & Cafe, 56 Kimbolton Road, Feilding as the timing tags are not available until the Sunday.


Joe Allen: Entries for the Joe Allen close on Tuesday 5th November 2019. No late entries will be accepted for the Joe Allen Memorial Classic. All entrants for the Joe Allen must be 17 years or older and hold a current CNZ License. Age is based on the age you turn in this calendar year. If you turn 17 before the 31st December then you are in the over 17 category.
Recreational rides: Entries after the 8th November 2019 will be considered late. Late entries for the recreational rides can be made on the day at registration and will incur an extra cost of $10. There is no late fee for the 25Km fun ride.
No refunds, the event will take place wet or fine unless officials decide the weather is too bad to proceed for health and safety reasons.

Prize Giving

The prize giving will take place at Rosebowl Bakery & Cafe - 56 Kimbolton Road, Feilding at 2pm. Prizes for the Joe Allen Memorial Classic are 1st across the line $150, Fastest time $150, First under 19 $150, KOM 1st $150.
Only riders entered in 50, 90 and Joe Allen eligible for spot prizes, these will be drawn after Joe Allen presentation, you must be present to be eligible for spot prizes.


This year each rider will receive a free muffin & a half price coffee from Rosebowl Bakery & CafeRedeemable on the day only

Riders and supporters can also purchase hot food such as toasted sandwiches etc from Rosebowl during the day too


Electronic timing is used for all riders in the 90Km, 50Km, and Joe Allen Classic. Timing chips will be collected and must be returned after the event.
A penalty of $50 applies for timing chips not returned.


All events are on open roads. All road rules must be obeyed. Approved helmets must be worn at all times. Please comply with all safety marshals instructions at all times.Official timing and course support will be withdrawn from 1.30pm. Riders must have passed the turn-around point at Kimbolton by 12:30pm to ensure that you meet the cut off time. Riders are encouraged to choose a distance / grade so that they are finished before this cut off time. Riders are expected to carry food, water, clothing and equipment for any repairs they require.  Children 11 & under must be accompanied by an adult rider and wear a high visibility vest. No support vehicles, as this endangers all riders taking part. Each grade will have a sag wagon that will provide support to riders who can no longer continue or require assistance. There is no race service
