Registrations

All riders must register to pick up your ride number and event pack. Events registration is available only on the Sunday from 7.15 am at Feilding United Amateur Football Club , Timona Park, Simon St, Feilding as the timing tags are not available untill the Sunday.

Entries

Joe Allen: Entries for the Joe Allen close on the 7th September 11pm. No late entries will be accepted for the Joe Allen Memorial Classic. All entrants for the Joe Allen must be 17 years or older. Age is based on the age you turn in this calendar year. If you turn 17 before the 31st December then you are in the over 17 category.
Recreational rides: Entries after the Friday 8th Sept will be considered late. Late entries for the recreational rides can be made on the day at registration and will incur an extra cost of $10. There is no late fee for the 20Km fun ride.
No refunds, the event will take place wet or fine.

Prize Giving

The prize giving will take place at Timona Park FUAF clubrooms at 2:00 pm. Prizes for the Joe Allen Memorial Classic are 1st across the line $100, Fastest time $100, First under 19 $100, KOM 1st $100.
Only riders entered in 50, 90 and Joe Allen eligible for major spot prizes, these will be drawn after Joe Allen presentation, you must be present to be eligible for spot prizes.

BBQ Lunch

A BBQ lunch is included for 50 Km, 90 Km, and Joe Allen Classic riders and will be available from 12:00 on wards. A voucher will be included in your race pack and this must be presented to collect your meal. Extra meal tickets can be purchased for $5 and must be paid for with your entry fee. Showers are available at the FUAF clubrooms.

Timekeeping

Electronic timing is used for all riders in the 90Km, 50Km, and Joe Allen Classic. Timing chips will be collected and must be returned after the event.
A penalty of $50 applies for timing chips not returned.

Safety

All events are on open roads. All road rules must be obeyed. Approved helmets must be worn at all times. Please comply with all safety marshals instructions at all times. Official timing and course support will be withdrawn from 1:30pm. Riders must have passed the turn-around point at Kimbolton by 12:30pm to ensure that you meet the cut off time. Riders are expected to carry food, water, clothing and equipment for any repairs they require. Children 11 & under must be accompanied by an adult rider and wear a high visibility vest (can be supplied). No support vehicles, as this endangers all riders taking part.
